Garlic Butter Sauce

Last night, I slept over at my friend Cecelia's house, and, due to the spontaneousness of the event I didn't have access to my acid reflux medication that I usually take before dinner. As she was preparing spaghetti, I noticed that she was also making tomato sauce to go with the pasta. Those of you who also struggle with GERDs know the dilemma I was in. Thankfully, Cecelia knew I have medical conditions and  she was kind enough to ask if I would be able to have the sauce. I explained I would not, but I would be happy to make an alternative for myself (and any members of her family that would want some). After some thinking, I decided on a garlic butter sauce recipe I found on allrecipes.com and the product was not only beautiful, but delicious as well. If you have ever been to Carrabas Italian Restaurant, you know that before every meal they serve you a herb and olive oil mixture to dip bread into. In return, you crave more of that little piece of heaven. Well, the garlic butter sauce I made last night tasted just like it. Here's the recipe:
Take a third of a cup of butter and melt in a small saucepan. Add one clove of garlic. Mix in 1/4 tablespoons of dried basil and 2 teaspoons of dried oregano with a wooden spoon. Add sea salt to bring out the aromas and flavors. And voilĂ ! You've got a sauce!

Do You Want To Build A Dreidel?

Do you want to build a dreidel?
We can make it out of clay...
We can spin it on the ground
It might make a sound
Don't let it roll away.
I wrote the lyrics.
